You will provide us with a collection of keys to the premises after you have signed up. You will be granted access to our encrypted key coded postal service, or we can arrange for a small fee to have them collected from you in person.
Your keys will be uniquely coded, securely stored, and only accessed by one of our authorized officers in the event of an alarm activation.
Concierge Officer

CSCS Construction Officers
Able Security Services offers a full range of construction site security solutions.

We can provide fully qualified security officers who can also act as fire wardens.
Banksman
Banksmen are also available from Able Security Services. Banksmen or signallers are in charge of directing the movement of vehicles and plant on or around a construction site.
Mobile Patrol/Unlock-Lock ups
Able Security Services provides a variety of mobile patrol services.
Uniformed patrol officers in clearly marked patrol vehicles can improve security and reduce the risk of vandalism or theft on your property. Personal Track Safety Card (PTS), allows holders to work as a Rail Track Maintenance Worker, where you inspect and maintain Network Rail infrastructure
We have officers who have been specially trained for this purpose.
